ADVERTISING ON FIRST NATIONS SEEKER

It is the goal of First Nations Seeker to advertise products which are suitable for the entire family. No pill products, gambling services, or loans/claims services please.

On completion of an Ad Term, either party has the right to cancel further advertising without penalty.

All advertisers, except First Nations Peoples, are required to pay the 5% Goods and Services Tax which goes to the Government of Canada. and the 7% Provincial Sales Tax which goes to the Province of British Columbia.

HOWEVER, non-Canadian companies are able gain tax free status vis-a-vis First Nations Seeker by filling in and signing with pen and ink a Tax Declaration. This Tax Declaration must then be sent to First Nations Seeker via the postal system. Once it becomes part of First Nations Seeker's records at this location, First Nations Seeker will then be in a position to no longer have to collect the tax for the Government. In practice, this usually means non-Canadian companies will end up paying the tax for their first Ad Term only.

The advertising agreement will be in Canadian Dollars. It will be a flat rate per month. First Nations Seeker's Ad Term cycle works on a prepayment basis.

Paypal.com members may utilize that system to make payments in Canadian Dollars. Paypal's Send Money page makes the task of Canadian Dollar payments from US Dollar and Euro account holders effortless. Paypal will give you a record of your expenditure in your own currency.

First Nations Seeker, via it's owner, Search Engine Colossus, has an International Business Account. Search Engine Colossus's account information will be sent to you upon request for you to utilize.

Alternatively, please obtain a money order, bank draft, or cheque and make it out to "Bryan Strome" for Canadian Dollars. Send payment via postal mail to:

When your payment arrives, you will be contacted via email and your ad will be posted online. A receipt will then be sent via postal mail back to you containing all the details of the agreement.
